A Glasgow private hire driver has been suspended for six weeks after passengers said he looked angry and appeared to record them on his phone.
Glasgow Live / LDR coverage of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee hearing says Abdiqadir Mohamed Nur “kept looking” at riders who felt “uncomfortable” and “terrified,” changing destinations rather than completing night-out plans. They alleged he touched his mobile and was recording; Nur denied all of it. Councillors upheld the complaint and imposed the mandatory six-week suspension on his private hire driver licence.
