Take Me taxi and private hire managers from Northamptonshire raised £3,200 for Hope Against Cancer by completing Challenge the Wild in the Lake District.
The Chronicle / PHTM report Jodie Wright (Wellingborough site manager / national driver recruitment) and Gareth Footbatten (area manager for Northants and Milton Keynes) joined other Take Me managers for three days and two nights of camping, climbing, abseiling, canyoning and long hikes with no home comforts. Their haul helped push the wider challenge total past £15,000 for research and clinical-trial funding.
