CMAC joins iCoupon Rides for airline disruption taxis

CMAC is iCoupon’s transport partner so airlines can book taxis, PHVs, executive cars and coaches when flights fail.

Accrington-based CMAC Group has been appointed transportation partner for iCoupon Rides, expanding ground options for airlines managing disrupted passengers.

CMAC’s network covers taxis, private hire, executive transport and coaches through a single iCoupon integration. Passengers book via RideLinks — powered by CMAC, generated by iCoupon — without an app or account; airlines keep pick-up to drop-off visibility for welfare and compliance.

CMAC CCO Ashley Seed said carriers need partners who can respond at scale inside the iCoupon platform. iCoupon CEO Richard Bye said ground transport is central to passenger recovery. trade reporting, Regional Gateway, TravelDailyNews and DM News all report the commercial appointment; it is not a new airport taxi franchise or a change in passenger-rights law.
